A quote request is not an order
Sending a quote request starts a conversation. It does not place an order, reserve stock or bind either of us to anything, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price.
Any binding commitments are set out in the quote and any terms that accompany it. Prices, lead times and availability change, and a quote that has expired is a starting point rather than a promise.
Product information
Dimensions, weights, working loads, breaking strengths and materials shown on this site are published for guidance. They come from our own records and from our suppliers' published data.
Whether a product suits a particular application depends on how it will be rigged, loaded and used, and on conditions we cannot see from here. Confirm the choice with a branch before you rely on it. Where a product is governed by an inspection, certification or survey regime, that regime governs — not this website.
Using this site
You are welcome to use this site for your own business or personal purposes. Please do not interfere with it, copy its content in bulk for republication, or use it in a way that gets in the way of other people using it.
