Each of these is an in-house shop with its own benches, machines and crew. A job that needs two of them does not leave the company to get the second.

Under one roof
The shops are on the same sites, which is usually the difference between one job and three suppliers.
Crab frames and dredge frames are rolled and welded on one floor, then netted in the loft next door — without leaving the site.
The 500,000 lb test bed is in the same building as the splicing bench, so a termination can be proved rather than assumed.
Covers are measured and fitted where the boat is, and one-off gear is fitted to the vessel it was built for.
